We love Alison’s story of founding Bespoke HR, because it is so inspirational to other parents out there that have young children and want to start a business. In fact Alison had a double challenge to deal with, she had to overcome the confidence knock that comes with a redundancy and a young baby when she started Bespoke HR. Since then she’s built up a great team of HR professionals who have helped so many agencies with challenges. Challenges that are far better solved by an external person with a neutral perspective.
