Emma is a real fire starter. What makes her a great human is her courage to challenge the status quo, no matter how scary the journey is. She’s gone on a mission to help in-house teams scale up and down quickly, a problem not many others before her have tackled. She’s also on an endless pursuit of making workplaces more diverse, especially to move women up the ranks into senior leadership roles.
